Born in 1993 in Kayseri, Atty. Aybüke UZUNPINAR TÜFEK completed her high school education at İbrahim Turhan High School as the second ranked student.

UZUNPINAR, who won Istanbul Altınbaş University Faculty of Law with a Full Scholarship in 2012; has graduated in 2017 as an honor student.

UZUNPINAR, who has been registered to the Istanbul Bar Association since 2017; has combined her work under U&T LAW- Uzunpınar & Tüfek Law and Consultancy Office since 2019.

At the same time, since 2020, under the roof of “Yeniocak Contract Academy”, she works with Prof. Dr. Umut Yeniocak and she works as the general coordinator at the Contract Academy.

In 2020, UZUNPINAR, who fully earned a scholarship for the Private Law (Thesis) Master’s Program at Kadir Has University Faculty of Law, has written his master’s thesis in the field of blockchain technology and smart contracts. Furthermore, UZUNPINAR participated as a scholarship holder in a scientific research project supported by TÜBİTAK (The Scientific and Technological Research Council of Turkey), titled ‘Legal Analysis of Smart Contracts in the Resolution of Disputes, Protection of Personal Data, and Consumers (Project No.221K240)’, and continues his studies in this field.

UZUNPINAR, who is interested in Law of Obligations, Legal Technologies, Consumer Law, Construction and Real Estate Law and Foreigners Law; she has a good command of English.
