Professional Legal Consultancy by Att. Aybüke Uzunpınar Tüfek, L.L.M.

Born in 1993 in Kayseri, Atty. Aybüke Uzunpınar Tüfek completed her high school education at İbrahim Turhan High School, graduating second in her class.

In 2012, she was admitted to Istanbul Altınbaş University Faculty of Law with a full scholarship and graduated with honors in 2017. Since 2017, she has been a registered member of the Istanbul Bar Association and, since 2019, has been offering professional legal consultancy services under U&T Law & Consulting.

Since 2020, she has also been working with Prof. Dr. Umut Yeniocak as the General Coordinator at the “Yeniocak Contract Academy,” focusing on contract law and legal education.

In 2020, Aybüke Uzunpınar Tüfek earned a full scholarship for the Private Law (Thesis) Master’s Program at Kadir Has University Faculty of Law, completing her master’s thesis on blockchain technology and smart contracts. She also participated as a scholarship holder in a TÜBİTAK-supported scientific research project titled “Legal Analysis of Smart Contracts in the Resolution of Disputes, Protection of Personal Data, and Consumers” (Project No. 221K240), and continues her academic work in this field.

Her areas of expertise include the Law of Obligations, Legal Technologies, Consumer Law, Construction Law, Real Estate Law, and Foreigners Law. She is proficient in English.
