Frequently Asked Questions About Residence Permit
FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT RESIDENCE PERMIT
1. WHAT IS THE COST OF OBTAINING A RESIDENCE PERMIT?
When obtaining a residence permit, you will encounter variable costs. First of all, the practices and fee groups that countries are subject to differ. While some countries are subject to both residence and visa fees, some countries are exempt from visa fees, and some countries are exempt from residence fees.
On the other hand, if the foreigner does not have social security and needs to have private health insurance, there will be additional insurance costs. Insurance varies according to the age of the person.
2. CAN I PAY THE DEPORTATION PENALTY WHILE ENTERING?
If you come from the consulate without a visa or work permit, you will not be able to pay and you will be sent back to your country, and even an illegal entry process can be made against you. You can only enter and pay your fine if you have a visa in your passport.
3. CAN I APPLY FOR RESIDENCE AFTER THE VISA EXPIRY?
If you have completed 30, 60, or 90 days on first entry, or 90 days out of 180 but have not applied, you have an additional 10 days legally to make an appointment. You can apply without exiting by paying the penalty for this 10-day delay. But if you have exceeded the 10-day additional period and you do not have an excuse (doctor's report, etc.) that you can document, unfortunately, there is no option but to log out.
You must also pay the delay penalty when checking out. Otherwise, for those who do not pay a penalty, an entry ban is imposed for 5 years and it is not possible to remove the entry ban by paying this penalty by someone other than here or by you at the entrance. Only a visa or work permit to be obtained from the consulate lifts the entry ban.

The legal period for a foreign residence permit depends on the country you are a citizen of, some countries must apply within 30 days, some 60 days, and some 90 days from the date of entry.
